Why aren't my documents rendering on some pages?

When PDF rendering is restricted by a security software installed on your device, documents may not render properly in the following pages.

  1. Document Overlay (when preparing a document)

  2. View Document

  3. Sign Document

Solution

In your security software settings, please add the SignTime application domain (https://app.signtime.com) to Trusted Sites.

*Steps on adding 'Trusted Sites' may vary depending on your security software. Please refer to your security software for details.

After https://app.signtime.com is added to Trusted Sites, please refresh the SignTime screen and confirm the document is rendering correctly.
