2 Ways to Complete a Sign Field Component
① How to sign by hand
Using the [Draw Signature] in the sign field modal, you can create a signature by hand using your finger, mouse, etc.
② How to sign using keyboard input
Using the [Type Signature] in the sign field modal, you can auto-generate a signature by simply entering your name in the text box.
3 Ways to Complete a Hanko Field Component
① How to create a hanko seal
Using the [Type Hanko] in the Hanko field modal, you can create a personal hanko seal by simply entering text in the textarea.
・Using line breaks in the text area will result in multiple columns/rows
・Either "vertical" or "horizontal" can be selected as the text directly
② How to select a hanko seal already registered to your account
Using the [Select Hanko] in the Hanko field modal, you can select a pre-registered hanko seal file to use to complete the field.
*Option is only available for SignTime users who are logged in & have pre-registered hanko seal files
■ How to pre-register your Hanko seal file
Hanko seal files can be registered by clicking [Upload new Hanko] on the Account page.
*Supported File Types : JPG, PNG
*Files can later be deleted
③ How to upload a hanko seal file during the signature process
Using the [Upload Hanko] in the hanko field modal, you can upload a hanko seal file to be used to complete the field.
*Hanko seal files can be saved for later use if you are logged into your account when signing
*Supported File Types : JPG, PNG
*Sign/hanko fields components are set by the sender of the document prior to sending the signature requests, and cannot be set/changed by the signer.
