There are two ways to add the number of documents sent.
Option 1)Subscription Purchase :
Additional documents will be available for purchase as a subscription, which would increase the monthly document limits.

Option 2)One-time Purchase:
Additional documents will be available for purchase as a one-time purchase when additional documents are needed for a specific month.
*Please see below for information on how to purchase.
*Additional purchases can only be made by group owners.
1.Click on [Team], then [Plan], and then [Topup].
2.The payment page will appear. Enter the required quantity, confirm your registered credit card information will be displayed, and proceed to payment.
*Additional copies can be purchased in increments of 10.
3.After the purchase is completed, it will be reflected in the “Documents Sent per Month”.
*The number of additional transmissions purchased expires at the monthly renewal date set for each group.
Even if there is any remaining number until the monthly renewal date, the number will be lost and reset to the number of free transmissions set for each plan you are using.
*PDF Advanced E-Signature and SMS options will not be reset after the renewal date.
